17:00pm - Practice: Adult drivers will be randomly split into four groups and Junior racers are all in one group. Each practice session will be 5 minutes.
17:25pm - BREAK
17:30pm - Qualifying: All drivers will complete a qualifying session in the same practice session groups. Each qualifying session will be 7 minutes.
18:05pm - BREAK
18:20pm - Heats: All drivers will complete 4 Heats in the same groups as their qualifying session. Each heat will be 8 minutes long.
Heat Format:
1. Qualifying position
2. Reverse of Heat 1
3. Reverse of Heat 2
4. Reverse of Heat 3
Points are allocated for each heat.
Points system: 20,18,16,14,12,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Top forty-five drivers across all heats are split into three semifinals.
21:00pm - BREAK
21:15 pm – Adult Semi Finals: There will be three semifinals for the Top 45 drivers.
Semi Final 1: 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th, 19th, 22nd, 25th, 28th, 31st, 34th, 37th, 40th, 43rd
Semi Final 2: 2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th, 20th, 23rd, 26th, 29th, 32nd, 35th, 38th, 41st, 44th
Semi Final 3: 3rd, 6th, 9th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, 27th, 30th, 33rd, 36th, 39th, 42nd, 45th
Each Semi Final is 12 minutes.
21:51pm – Junior Semi Final: All junior racers will take part – 12-minute semifinal.
22:03pm – BREAK
22:20pm – Adult Grand Final: It will consist of the top six drivers from each Semi Final and two of the fastest seventh place finalists.
22:40pm – Junior Grand Final – All Junior Drivers
23:00pm - BREAK
23:15pm - Podium Presentation and Raffle/Charity games draw
